Tonight in New York City

Great to be back in NYC. Bandmate Michael Chavez and I got out to a ball game last night. It was great to see the new Citi Field, great ball park. I strongly recommend the nachos from the Nacho Grande cart. The best ball park nachos I've had yet! Yeah you read that right, the best ones yet. I had the one with cheese and jalapenos.

You went??

Sorry you caught such a bad game, Johan losing *another* tough luck game, but it's cool you got to see the new park. I was there Sunday for the first time, too. It's beautiful! haha and the food is pretty good, especially compared to Shea. Did you get to the tacos? I know you're from Santa Fe but still, they were pretty good :P

Pretty cool! But, were they made with fresh jalapenos or the pickled ones? I alwys look for fresh.:-)

Sounds like the nachos were better than the game.

Great to see a picture of Michael Chavez...loved his drum solo when I saw you guys in Sellersville Theater on May 3rd...I also enjoyed your guitar playing with Ottmar (THE MAN) Liebert ;)

@Adam

That's okay, I guess I broke up their winning streak by going eh? It's a great stadium. Didn't get to the tacos, when I'm at the ball game I like a good hot dog. They had the good nathan's hot dogs so I couldn't pass it up! I'm from outside of Chicago actually. The land of hot dogs, pizza and sports teams.

@Mario

I think they were fresh! They put a ton on there too. They didn't have that pickled flavor to them thankfully. I like the fresh too. They were pretty hot as well. If they were pickled, they fooled me. The chips were impressive, didn't taste like they were from a bag, real fresh, crispy and warm! The cheese sauce was out of control, I could have kept eating those things all night.

If you have enough time next time you're in Boston, I can get you some Sox tickets if it's baseball season. We have season tickets. A bit smaller ball park, though.
