I finished up a rough version of a new song last night. I tried blending a Brazilian Samba rhythm with a Flamenco Tangos rhythm. Interesting combo and I find they really blend well together. I'm going to sit with the track for a few weeks or so before I make any changes. It's also my first time writing a song in the Samba or Tangos rhythm.

Pretty exciting, yes. Make sure to keep some working mixes to post them in the LL later, maybe!
Hi Borya,
Actually I have chosen not to post working mixes on the LL. I'm the type that likes to put out the finished product all at once. At the moment I'm not writing a new album, just writing demos and being creative here and there, having fun!
You only put out finished products and there's no finished project in the works...so basically what you're saying is "you won't get it now and you never will"? Very nice, mister...:P
It's all good guys, you'll eventually hear it if it makes the next album. Other wise it could possibly make an unreleased track on the LL at some point. I'm just saying I'm not comfortable with releasing work that isn't finished. Maybe I'll feel different about that in the future.
Adam, I feel the same about your comment you left on OL's site,
"Hmm, to me very little beats the satisfaction of holding the final product in your hands and absorbing it all in at once".
a) I'm teasing you.
b) Waiting for the finished product is preferable...when we know there'll be a finished product. Mr. I'm-not-making-an-album.
A) hahahaha
2) Oh, by the way Adam, I accidentally deleted your first comment there, sorry about that, it's amature night over here.
VI) I'll be posting a bunch of stuff at once in about 4 or 5 weeks so you'll be able to comment on some new posts then! haha
1) A, 2, VI is NOT a system of counting.
2) I am looking forward to that ;)
Bono once said that he could not imagine U2 ever posting working mixes. So you are in good company!
